Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ina Works.
By accessing or using Double Stop ("the App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY & MANDATORY AGE LIMIT (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
The App is strictly intended for an adult audience. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate access and delete all associated data immediately without notice.
2. NATURE OF SERVICE & USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Double Stop provides a technical platform for users to broadcast temporary, location-based social posts.
- **Auto-Deletion:** All public posts are automatically hidden from the public feed after 1 hour.
- **Neutrality:** The App is a neutral host. We do not curate, verify, or endorse the content of any user-generated post.
3. ZERO TOLERANCE & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
To ensure a safe environment and comply with Google AdSense Publisher Policies, we maintain a **Zero Tolerance Policy** toward:
- Harassment, stalking, or any form of predatory behavior.
- The promotion of illegal activities or the sale of illegal goods/services.
- Explicit, highly suggestive, or pornographic content.
- Use of the service by registered sex offenders.
**Monitoring:** We reserve the right to monitor and remove content that violates these policies. Violation will result in a permanent ban and potential reporting to the Salzburg authorities.
4. SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
**NO BACKGROUND CHECKS:** Ina Works does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on its users.
Meeting strangers in person carries inherent risks. By using the App, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with in-person interactions. You are solely responsible for your own safety. We strongly recommend meeting in busy public places and trusting your instincts.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian and EU law, Ina Works shall not be liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising from user conduct or in-person meetings. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by the laws of the Republic of Austria.
6. DATA PROTECTION & GDPR COMPLIANCE
We operate in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- **Data Retention:** Post data and IP addresses are archived for 90 days solely for security and law enforcement cooperation purposes, after which they are permanently purged.
- **Your Rights:** You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data (Right to be Forgotten). You may exercise these rights at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
- **Complaint:** You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
7. ADVERTISING & COOKIE DISCLOSURE (GOOGLE ADSENSE)
This website uses **Google AdSense** to serve advertisements. All advertising on this site complies with Google AdSense Program Policies. Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from editorial content and are never deceptively placed.
- **Third-Party Vendors:** Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- **DoubleClick Cookie:** Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONCEPT PROTECTION
By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
Double Stop, concept, design, user experience, and the specific combination of features — including but not limited to: temporary location-based social broadcasting, ad-gated location reveal, one-hour post expiry, and anonymous meet-now mechanics — constitutes the original intellectual property of Ina Works.
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
- Copy, replicate, or create a substantially similar service, application, or website based on the concept, design, or mechanics of Double Stop.
- Use knowledge gained from accessing this App to develop a competing product that incorporates the distinctive features or user experience of Double Stop.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content, data structures, or feature logic from this App for the purpose of building a competing service.
- Represent to any third party that you created, co-created, or contributed to the concept or design of Double Stop.
**Permitted use:** Nothing in this section prevents you from building unrelated social applications, or from using general industry-standard features that exist independently of Double Stop. This section applies specifically to deliberate replication of Double Stop's distinctive combination of features and concept.
Violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action under Austrian unfair competition law (Bundesgesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb — UWG) and applicable EU intellectual property regulations.
11. RIGHT TO MODIFY SERVICE AND TERMS
Ina Works reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time to ensure legal compliance, security, or technical stability. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
